The Rino & Pelle Elona Short Waistcoat in Birch is a super soft(furry!) open waistcoat, perfect for layering over tops or dresses in Spring/Summer. The waistcoat features ribbed details around the collar, hem and under the arms. There is a tab and single button detail at the hem on both sides.
